Rick A. Wilcoxon For the past 25 years, Rick has made a significant impact in the productivity and success of his class-members throughout America. He has personally trained the employees from such companies as: Merrill Lynch, Motorola, Southwest Airlines, Bekins Moving & Storage, Time Warner Communications, Stewart Title, Hilton Hotels, BellSouth, and Lexus, to name just a few. He has been interviewed and quoted in numerous newspapers, magazines and on radio talk programs about his training ideas. He is a past president of the Texas Society of Sales Professionals and is the only member in that organization to be awarded an honorary, lifetime membership. |

Norm Clark Norm began his sales career in 1968 and has a solid background of direct sales experience. He began the development of his selling skills with the Southwestern Company, selling books door-to-door, in order to finance his education at Texas A & M University. He received a BBA Degree in Accounting and his MBA Degree in Organization and Administration prior to working for an oil and gas well servicing company for 10 years. Within four years, Norm was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Sales and developed a sales plan that propelled his company into an industry leader. In addition, he became part owner and General Manager of a well-known retail business and for over nine years managed the overall operation and sales efforts of all their stores. Norm has been training salespeople for years and eventually joined Rick~Alan & Associates in February, 1994. Norm has trained the employees from such companies as: North American Van Lines, Sonat Marketing, Stewart & Stevenson, Mitsubishi, to name just a few. |
