Sales Manager Evaluation
Our commitment to you is to help you exceed your sales objectives.  To better determine the impact we might have on the productivity of your staff, please carefully consider the skills below.  Depending upon the individual salesperson, your responses will vary.  So, please consider each question with respect to your sales staff as a group.

How would you evaluate your sales team in the following areas? 0 = Very Low; 10 = Perfect.  Answer each of the 18 questions, then click the Calculate button at the end of the evaluation.
